Intercounty - Bishop Stortford

Fantastic professional service from start to finish. Reece Knight in particular was constantly professional and cheerful. He offered a personalised search for the right property, quick to get back to me if he found a property that would suit me and my pet. Would 100% recommend to friends and family as could not fault the customer service and properties on offer.

Big thanks to William, Jack and Doug for helping us with both the sale of our old house and the acquisition of our new place. All highly contactable, friendly and professional throughout. We really appreciate your time, persistence and effort along the way and we're delighted that we're finally across the line. Cheers!

The letting team in Bishop's Stortford are so good. Fantastic service. I had a great experience having intercounty as my state agent. Alway when i needed them they were there, super polite and ready to help, big thank you especially to Reece and his team 🙌 …

Intercounty have been superb from Jack at the start through to Doug the Sales Progressor. Jack was professional and courteous right from the start. The photos were great and we sold within 2 days of going on the internet. Doug took over and managed the whole process very smoothly. I couldn’t fault them!

When I phoned Helen at Intercounty I shared how worried I was about selling during Covid times. Since we have been shielding since March it was impossible to get used to the idea of having people round to view our house. Helen reassured me that we could do the whole process online as much as possible. I took pictures, not all of them were great but Jack at Intercounty advised me about this so I tried again. I then put together a detailed virtual tour and asked Intercounty if they could share this with anyone interested. If they were still interested they could then come and view the house. It just took two viewings with windows open, masks on and social distancing to get a good offer. I can't believe we did it! Thank you Intercounty at Bishops Stortford for such a reliable service! I would highly recommend you!

We had a great experience having Intercounty as our state agent , they worked hard during the entire selling and buying process. Special thanks to William, Dough and Olivia. We couldn’t be happier with their patience and availability.

Harry Stylianou Is the best letting negotiator I know in whole Bishop's Stortford. I've spoke to almost All agencies in town and Harry Is just the best, very professional, attentive and kind. Just call him and you don't have to worry about anything else he will find what you need.

Purchased a property with Intercounty as the vendor's estate agent. Doug Whybrow has been a total gem throughout – persistent and dogged with solicitors and other agents, communicative, friendly, and a nice guy. We have no intention of moving any time soon, but Intercounty will be top of our list if we do!

Really great service even throughout the difficult lockdown period. Doug was brilliant, keeping both sides informed at all stages of the sale. We also cannot fault the sales team although we didn’t get any one particular person to thank personally, they were all fab.
