Second time of using Intercounty Bishop's Stortford in the last 6 months! I recently sold my mothers house through Intercounty who found me the perfect buyer. I was so impressed with their service that I am now using them to sell my own house. My house was sold within a couple of days, the service and advice I was given has been outstanding! Julia Sansom is the property manager of the house we rent and every time we need she replies our emails after 5 minutes, she is very kind and helpful. Also we had a problem with our water tank and I called and spoke to Kathryn Keats, a lovely lady, very patient on the phone. After 2 hours of my call we had the contractor stepping in the house and the problem was fixed! Thank u Kathryn, you are a star! Julie, the lady that comes to check the house from time to time is very nice as well. All of them have an excellent customer service, I will never use another agency in town again, love it!

The best lettings team in Bishops Stortford by far! Everyone we spoke to in this team was so helpful, friendly and efficient. Harry Stylianou in particular really listened to what we needed to find in a house. It felt like we were his only client because he took such a personal approach to helping us find and secure a place and was really honest and upfront which was so refreshing. We are now living in our dream house thanks to him! Highly recommend using this team.

Doug is great - I’ve dealt with him on a move before, which was horrendously stressful (due to other factors) and he really helped to keep things as calm as possible for me. So, I was delighted when he was also working on this move! Excellent and friendly service, twice now!

bought the property through the agent and experienced extremely supportive and accommodating need of the customer be it buyer / seller. Interacted with Jack and Doug and both are outstanding in terms of customer relationships and would mostly be available over the phone. Doug as a sales progressor helped us get over the line when there were significant challenge in connecting with bottom of the chain and chasing every day from pillar to post. excellent services with Jack available to honour our appointment we sought to visit the property at numerous occassions.

As of writing this post I would highly recommend intercounty as the letting agent to go to. I had huge issues with another, very corrupt and unethical letting agent (fox) previous to this, so I really appreciate the honest, quick and helpful service intercounty provide. I found their estate agents to be very honest, not so much of the salesmany vibe you usually get, they were fast and effective at their job. They didn't call too little or too often and are always friendly and genuine. The biggest thanks I can I've them is for the free advice they gave me before I became a client and had my issues with Fox. I asked them about the legality of what the owner of fox was trying to do in keeping my money, and they explained everything to me and how what the owner was trying was intact illegal. They massively helped in me winning the battle with fox and getting my money back. As for being a tenant with them they always get back to me, if my property manager doesn't respond in time someone else picks up the email. They are always very friendly when coming for property visits and very quick as to not take up too much time.

Dimple is a very professional property manager, who always goes the extra mile. She is prompt to respond to both landlord and tenant. She is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable in all situations.
