I have recently purchased a house with Intercounty. As my first purchase in a long time, they have been an excellent source of information and support. Doug, the Sales Progressor was excellent, communicating effectively between all parties to made the process much smoother and going beyond the call of duty. Having to deal with a tenant whilst also arranging Sales viewings during the Covid pandemic would be a challenge for most people, but the Intercounty team weren't fazed by it. Massive thank you to Intercounty for a fantastic service. It has been an incredibly tough time due to going through a divorce and having to sell my home - not to mention the global pandemic - and at times it has been very overwhelming dealing with it all on my own. Thank you in particular to Olivia, who I dealt with at the beginning of the process who was so helpful, friendly and bubbly and secured a sale for us in a matter of days, and also to Doug - my superb sales progressor/therapist who went above and beyond! The lettings team in Bishops Stortford are brilliant especially Reece and the 2 Harrys. I have used Reece and his team for several years and they have always found me good, reliable tenants. If I have any questions they answer them straight away, nothing is to much for them. The team are always polite, reliable and friendly and I would not use any other letting agent.
