Intercounty - Bishop Stortford

We rented with Intercounty for 6 years. Dimple Johal was really helpful and always very responsive which made the whole experience very seamless and a happy one!

The whole house buying process was handled by Doug and his team without any problems, they are easy to communicate with and answer queries quickly and efficiently.

Dimple Johal has been very helpful from outset. Responding quickly to my questions and queries, always in a professional manner. And keeps me updated with Tennant matters. It's a pleasure dealing with her and Intercounty.

Doug is a helpful and polite staff. The buying process is smooth and swift. Surely will recommend to others.

Dimple Johal is our property manager, she is always proactive in ensuring that any and all issues are resolved quickly and without fuss. 5 out of 5! Since my last review, I wanted to add that throughout the last 2 years of lockdowns and Covid restrictions Dimple has been outstanding, making sure that our tenant is looked after and the property is maintained to the highest standard. 5 out 5, as always!

I wanted to say I spoke to Reece Malcom really friendly and excellent customer care skills. Answered all my questions and was very helpful with viewings.

Many thanks to Doug for helping me buy the new property. He was very patient and helpful. Excellect!!

I recently put my flat back on the market for rental, and found that Kristy and Reece where very attentive and helpful throughout the process, and managed to get a tenant within days of it being on the market. Very efficient service and would definitely use again
