Although our house purchase was a lot more drawn out than expected, the communication from Intercounty and Doug made it a lot less stressful. Doug was very quick to help with queries we had and also to assist with moving the process on, most of the time it was a lot quicker to go through him than wait for our solicitors! The service and professionalism of James Nunn and Doug Whybrow at Intercounty has been of top quality. Both of these lads have been courteous and respectful from the viewing of the property to the completion. All queries and advice were greatly appreciated, especially some of the solicitor jargon.

So where do I start, having worked in the property industry for over 15 years, once in a while you come across an absolute gem, and that gem in the case of Intercounty is Kristy!! From day one of booking a viewing, which she managed to sort within a couple of hours notice, she was nothing but outstanding. My case wasn't at all straight forward, and instead of getting the usual brush off, Kristy done everything within her power to make it happen, and low and behold it did, within a few weeks I was in and settled.
