Intercounty - Bishop Stortford

I have used Intercounty for some years now both selling, purchasing and letting as always they have been very professional. My latest experience with them has been another success with both Sheli and Leoni being both attentive to my requirements and dealing with any issues arriving. These two have confirmed previous transactions with the company being both pleasant and professional and a credit to the business.

I cannot recommend Intercounty enough! Professional, extremely pro active and have provided constant communication throughout! The whole team are great but Olivia Vanlint in particular has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has not only helped sell our property but allowed us to find our dream home!

Maddie Birch has been excellent throughout the whole process of managing my property, always on hand to help and very knowledgeable. Any problem or query I have she deals with it instantly and gets it sorted, she really is one of a kind and should be regarded as one of the best in the property management game.

I write this review with Doug Whybrow in mind. I found his help extremely professional, very welcome and helpful after a not so good experience following the PPL website being hacked and weeks of literally no communication whatsoever. When Doug came on our case we actually had a person at the end of the phone to talk to who actually went away proactively and resolved issues that arose where he wasn't able to help immediately. Reece Knight is an absolute star! His consistent communication and positive mindset guided me and my partner through a complex visa situation to finally getting our dream house. Recently purchased a house through Intercounty. Doug, the sales progressor was great throughout, constantly chasing further up the chain than he needed to. The purchase ran on for 10 months, so Doug had to keep going up and down to see what the next hold up was.

Just successfully got the exchange of contracts done as buyer through the great help of Doug Whybrow. The chain is tricky and we wouldn't have made it without his persisting effort in chasing all parties concerned: solicitors, sellers, developer etc every week and even on a daily basis when it's close to the point of exchange!
