Been a tenant for more than 2 years at a property managed by Intercounty. Kelly Macavoy is our contact person in case of needing. She’s been so helpful all this time, ready to keep us happy and managed to solve our issues very fast. We are very satisfied about her and the agency.

I have used Intercounty Bishops Stortford for the past 12 months and i recommend them highly. Dimple Johal is my property manager and she is top of her game, always quick to respond, and manages to fix any issues that i have in a timely fashion. Overall the service is excellent!

I have been using Intercounty to let out my property for many years and have always found them helpful. In particular, whilst I am not very computer literate, and find their relatively new interface difficult to use and confusing, I have found Julia to be very helpful in helping me get past my shortcomings in this respect. She is willing to bypass the normal systems and has been more than efficient in dealing with the issues that arise from time to time when letting a property. Julia herself would be 5 stars but I am afraid I had to knock a star off for the new interface - sorry!

We very much appreciated the assistance that Intercounty, and our agent Sheli, among others, provided, and continue to provide, in helping us find a new home. Thank you! We have, however, found that response times by email can reach into 2 weeks +, or not at all.

sorry I never give anyone 5 ⭐ the team here has done a brilliant job helping me to find a new home, I first popped in to them on the Wednesday to register my interest & details, on the Thursday (next day) they told me about a place & was booked in for the Monday afternoon as it takes me over 2 hours to get there, I made an offer on same say, got the yes next day, moving in about 4 weeks. so a big thank you to Ryan & Harry & all of the team. 👍👍👍👍
