Intercounty - Bishop Stortford

We have been dealing with Harry Stylianou in the Bishops Stortford office on a transaction. Harry has been highly professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. Would happily recommend him and Intercounty to friends and family.

Had a hugely positive experience with Intercounty Bishops Stortford - the whole lettings process has been quick and stress-free. Reece Knight in particular has been so helpful and there hasn't been a question I've sent him that he hasn't been able to answer super quickly. Great customer service and a really positive experience all round.

We have finally managed to exchange contracts on our sale and purchase via Intercounty after a long and very complicated chain. Doug Whybrow was our sales progressor and kept us in touch at every step of the way. He was always very professional throughout the whole process and was always working hard in our interests to achieve the final goal. Thanks very much for all your assistance

It was a pleasure dealing with Harry Stylianou and Grace Lord, I have been renting for 10+ years and would safely say intercounty are the best agents I’ve dealt with. Harry himself was very professional and extremely helpful from the get go. Would definitely recommend!

Doug Whybrow of Intercounty was exceptionally helpful with our move - we had consistent and accurate information and although there were some complications along the way Doug was always on top of things. This was a chain purchase and Doug was the best contact for the whole chain, motivating and determined to get the job done. Always communicative and never left us in the dark. Top job from a top chap. We are very grateful to him and the Intercounty Team who shone in our whole moving process. Don't know where we would be without his support and help through a stressful and complicated process!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Harry S and what was a very stressful time for us as a family he made the ease of moving into a rental property easy and hassle free. He was responsive, pro-active and always reassured us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Harry and Intercounty. Was a pleasure to deal with.

Thank you so much to Reece, Harry & Grace for all your help, professionalism and diligence in getting my property ready for rental. It was a real learning curve for me and you all helped every step of the way. I'm happy in the knowledge that all necessary compliance and legal obligations are in place and the tenant seems very happy.

I've been communicating with Intercounty recently and can honestly say this agency is the best agency I have dealt with in a long time. I have dealt with Kristy mainly and she has been amazing consistently, communication is always timely, professional and Kristy is definitely very enthusiastic about the work she does. Kristy definitely enjoys what she does and she has gone the extra mile by providing me with a plethora of information about the local area to help me. I have no hesitation to recommend Kristy and Intercounty both for finding tenants (from the point of a view as a landlord myself) and also for finding properties for UK and overseas tenants. Kristy- Well done and thank you for being so efficient and professional!

The team at Intercounty Bishop’s Stortford have been exemplary! Olivia, Helen, William, Harry and all the team are fantastic. I have also dealt with Marion and the team at Sawbridgeworth and they are equally as excellent. Clearly Intercounty’s standard is very high regardless of the branch you deal with. I really felt they were constantly and proactively searching to find me my perfect home for myself and my son unlike other agents. They were efficient, truthful and hard working. I won’t have any hesitation to use them on my next move.

Doug Whybrow my sales progressor was brilliant. He continuously followed up with me almost weekly to make sure things were moving ahead. His professionalism and client focus was highly appreciated. Intercounty as a while was also always very b kind and responsive. They explained things great and took the time to make me feel comfortable with my purchase.
