Recently purchased a house through Intercounty. Doug, the sales progressor was great throughout, constantly chasing further up the chain than he needed to. The purchase ran on for 10 months, so Doug had to keep going up and down to see what the next hold up was.

I write this review with Doug Whybrow in mind. I found his help extremely professional, very welcome and helpful after a not so good experience following the PPL website being hacked and weeks of literally no communication whatsoever. When Doug came on our case we actually had a person at the end of the phone to talk to who actually went away proactively and resolved issues that arose where he wasn't able to help immediately.
