absolutely not serious, it seems like they are not even interested in renting their properties. i went to the one in the city center (Colmore Row) more than once, asking for more informations (deposit, guarantees required) for some rent properties I saw having their signs on the door and i was interested in. First time, they asked for my email address saying they would write to me later with all the details, i didn't receive anything. I went a second time asking why they didn't write me and found out they had the wrong address (alright, not their fault this time). immediately after i was gone they sent me an email with some available properties, with just the rent price but nothing about the details i had asked for. I contacted them again, they told me they would call me back to let me know, but as ever they didn't. The last time I was so tired i asked for a last chance to have a viewing, even without knowing nothing but the rent price, thinking I could ask more to the agent the same day at the property. we decided the date and they told me they would call me to confirm the day before. Again, they didn't.

very bad letting service first day they missed the viewing and second time they don't even know whats the landlord requirment they waste my time and money

The most difficult estate agents possible to deal with. We had to consistently call and email to get serious electrical faults dealt with which took over 4 months to be rectified. Extremely difficult to communicate with and they didn’t take any responsibility for the lack of communication. We were passed around from person to person who never seemed to know what was going on. In the end we ended our contract early so that we didn’t have to deal with John Shepherd anymore. If I could give them minus stars I would.
