They kept our communications with the same estate agent who showed us around the house; this familiarity was really helpful and the estate agent that we had was really friendly. Fabulous service throughout the process

Morris and Bott provided a fabulous service selling our cottage. Polite, helpful, efficient, highly attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble for them. Especially welcome was the follow up after the sale had been agreed as they phoned the buyers solicitor regularly and kept us well informed. A great team. All the sales agents had the information they needed to show potential buyers round and careful to fit in with our needs as this was a holiday cottage being sold in the height of the season. They were highly proactive in looking for buyers and also in qualifying them.

I was recommended M&B by a friend living locally to Northam. I live in Surrey and had to sell the property for personal reasons.
