A Great Team-Hannah a guardian Angel

Selling your home, especially when you don't really want to !! needs a happy, supportive and helpful team to guide you through the wobble days and keep you feeling positive. Morris & Bott delivered all of that in bucket loads. Hannah lead the way and kept me sane through planning issues and personal doubts. The whole team were always cheerful and patient. Polite, helpful and courteous throughout

I purchased a property through Morris and Bott and would highly recommend the team. I was able to view the property at my convenience and was keep fully informed of the progress throughout. A weekly call was made to me by Tess to ensure I was aware of at what stage the purchase was at. When I asked any questions they were always answered to my satisfaction and she always returned my phone calls when requested. A great service and great staff! Thank you.

All round just what you need!

I sold my house through Morris and. Bott and found the whole process exactly what I wanted. The initial process, discussions and marketing were all excellent , then I was kept fully in the loop for all viewings. The more reassuring points were the attention to details, professional manner , flexibility and that Morris and Bott do what's best for you ! During the sale they kept on top of everything and ensured a fantastic job was done right up until the keys were handed over, AND even after completion they remain in contact, going far beyond what I have ever experienced. I will without a doubt be using them again and cannot recommend them highly enough Jamie, Tess and the team, thank you so much!

Fantastic Service - beginning to end!

Morris and Bott were fantastic in all stages of this sale and were very quick to re advertise when our initial buyer pulled out. Tessa was in regular communication all the way through with us and both sets sets of solicitors to help keep things moving once sale agreed and at no point did I get that 'lack of interest feel' from them once sale agreed that I have found in the past with other estate agents. I would happily recommend Morris and Bott and would not use anyone else for selling in the area. Many thanks to Adam, Simon, Tessa, Hannah and the rest of the team. Alanna Byrnes

Super service for a hassle free sale. Thank you M&B

I was expecting my property in Ilfracombe to sit on the market for a year or more. But within a week of engaging M&B they got me two offers at the asking price. Tessa Wright and Adam Bott were attentive and professional and I really could not have asked for more from them.

Professional, courteous - highly recommended

We bought a house through Morris and Bott in July 2016 and dealt almost exclusively with Tess Wright.. We found her knowledgeable, helpful and professional and if we ever sell our house we couldn't want more in an estate agent.. She handled what wasn't an easy transaction with patience and tact. The other staff at Morris and Bott were also highly professional.

Selling our first house

We cannot recommend M&B enough. We dealt with all of the staff who all knew what was doing on in our sale. Very approachable, friendly and professional. The pictures taken by Tess were first class and no doubt secured our buyer very quickly. Huge thanks to you all. We shall be recommending you to all of our friends!

Number 1 by miles

By an absolute country mile these are the best estate agents I have ever come across. Incredibly friendly, extremely attentive, and totally on the ball. And they really offer the personal touch. Hannah was our point of contact, and to be fair she deserves a medal. Tess marketed the property superbly. The pictures she took were stunning. And Adam is possibly one of the nicest friendliest people Iâ€™ve ever met. Hands down you will not find a better company to market your property.

Excellent service - would highly recommend

I sold my property through another local agent but purchased my new property through Morris and Bott. The difference in service was staggering. Tessa was an absolute star and very proactive at moving things forward in a difficult chain both with the purchase of my property and the sale of my property - in spite of the latter not being on their books. Not planning on moving again - ever - but if I did I would use Morris and Bott without hesitation.
