Brilliant service

We purchased our house via Morris and Bott and were dealt with by the superb Hannah Curtis. Not only was she always available but she took time to update us weekly and even went out of her way to fully understand the situation before calling us, either by calling our agency or both sets of solicitors. Added to this Hannah and all the othe agency staff were unfailingly bright, positive and a pleasure to deal with. We have found our house I would recommend anyone to find theirs with this agency..

Friendly, helpful and efficient

Hannah was our sales agent and throughout our purchase she kept in regular contact, finding out answers to our questions and was always pleasant and quick to respond. We found it very helpful having just one person to deal with during our purchase rather than several different agents . We were moving over 300 miles and Hannah made the long journey easier by dropping off the keys to us after office hours! A credit to Morris and Bott!

Adam's inspiration of using a creative novel approach to marketing makes Morris and Bott stand out from other estate agents. He has an excellent team of agents that offer a dedicated, attentive service. Hannah managed my property sale. Her warm lively personality and her understanding of clients made the process enjoyable and stress free. I was kept informed at every stage. A house with unique unusual character needs to be marketed by a team with the flair and understanding of Morris and Bott..

More than an estate agent.

Selling our home took a little longer that we had hoped but the team at Morris & Bott believed in themselves and found us a successful sale. During the process we were kept informed at all times, the service was efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends & family and look forward to our paths crossing in our future home buying.

A refreshing and professional approach at all times

From initial meeting and valuation right through to completion, affairs were conducted by all members of the team in a refreshing, courteous and professional manner.. They actually managed to make what can often be an arduous journey relatively enjoyable. Morris & Bott operate in the 21st Century as compared to some rather staid and parochial members of their opposition in the North Devon area.. We wish them continued success!

Superlative service!

The most professional and courteous service we received throughout the process gave us confidence in buying our property.. .Moving into the area from some distance, and arriving very late in the day we much appreciated Hannah's dropping our new property's keys to our B&B. She certainly went the extra mile for us. The gift of a cake was a touch of class! MR & MRS M Jarman .

Fantastic service from people that really care

All of the team are committed and dedicated to providing the best possible service to their clients and having experienced issues with a third-party within our chain we can personally testify that Morris & Bott do everything humanly possible to ensuring a satisfactory conclusion. We would not hesitate in recommending them and I would use this simple phrase "a local agent who really know their stuff and provide the service to make moves really happen"

Excellent estate agent

The service from Moris and Bott was excellent. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and supportive. The house sale and purchase took a bit longer than originally anticipated, due to our first buyer dropping out, but Moris and Bott were so helpful and positive, and were able to secure another buyer. I have already recommended them to all the local neighbours

Professional and friendly service from start to finish.

We sold our house in Combe Martin through an agent in Ilfracombe and purchased a lovely house in Bideford through Morris & Bott, Bideford. We ended up with six houses in the chain and if it was not for Hannah at Morris & Bott, Bideford and her dogged determination to satisfy the whole chain regarding a suitable completion date I am convinced the chain would have broken, so a big thank you to Hannah for all her help and also to the rest of team at Morris & Bott, Bideford for their friendly service plus the lovely little touches, such as the ' Welcome to your new home card ' signed by all the staff with individual comments and also the delicious chocolate cake we received when picking up the keys.
