Review

After a bad experience with an on line estate agent, and 800 pounds down the drain we asked morris and bott for their assistance in selling our house. As soon as they were on board we had several perspective buyers looking around the property. And sold within no time. Morris and bott are the best estate agent around bideford and we would recommend them if asked to anyone looking to sell a property. All the staff were excellent and we were helped with every step. The transitions went very smoothly ,communication was excellent, each week ellie who was dealing with our sale rang and keeper us up to date with progress.. All the staff are friendly and very approachable, and are only to willing to help in anyway they can.So if your looking for an estate agent look no further than MORRIS AND BOTT people that care about each individual .

Selling our 20 acre Farm Complex

We had a very professional and attentive service from start to finish. They managed to attract a good number of potential buyers who were very keen to buy the property but not always able to follow through which made the process take a bit longer. Moris and Bott managed the sale very effectively keeping track of all active buyers in the chain and bringing it to a very satisfactory conclusion. We would certainly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. Their staff go that extra mile, keeping you informed, and minimising the stress of this process.

Outstanding

House buying and selling must be one of the most stressful times. Buying a property through Morris and Bott removed so much stress. I was kept up to date weekly on progress , not only for our purchase but Hannah kept me informed what was happening with our house sale / buyers. Such a polite helpful team, I would not hesitate to recommend the team 100%. Thank you Hannah for all your communication .

Superb Rental Service

Outstandingly efficient, thoughtful and thoroughly kind

Adam and all the girls were so supportive throughout what was a pretty traumatic year. But we got there in the end. Everyone went out of their way to make the whole process as painless as possible - lots of serious hiccups but Morris & Bott were always there to mop up the tears, give cups of tea and solicit advice of varying sorts. I would recommend them every time and although I NEVER want to move house again, if I have to it will be with Adam and his team. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.
