We have completed on the sales of my late grandmothers house this afternoon, it has been a sad time, but has been handled in a professional and sensitive manner by James at M&B. James has been efficient and prompt throughout the process, keeping me updated every step of the way, he has answered every questions I have had, no matter how big or small, nothing has been too much trouble. I will continue to recommend Morris and Bott at any opportunity I can, and I truly cannot thank James enough
