House Purchase

We dealt with Tessa at Morris and Bott nothing was to much trouble for her she was one step ahead all the time we would highly recommend to friends and family. Its nice to know there are still people out there that take there job seriously we carn't thank Tess enough for all her help with the purchase of our home she took all the stress out of it for us.. So thanks again Tess you were amazing and Morris and Bott should be very proud of having you on there team

Excellent - couldnt have hoped for better

What can I say? I have dealt with many estate agents in both my private and professional life and Morris and Bott have outshone them all. Tessa is amazing, always keeping you up to date with progress, sorting out any problems and giving helpful advice, all this along with a friendly and approachable manner - I couldn't have asked for better.... even popping in on move day with cakes and a card.! Hannah and Adam also get 10 out of 10 for their helpfulness and going the extra mile not to mention all done with a sense of humour which is definitely necessary with a house move!. Would thoroughly recommend this agent - and a big thank you to them all for helping me with my long distance move..

Buyer of an Edwardian Property

I can't thank Morris and Bott enough for all of their help with the purchase of our new home - an Edwardian Property. All the staff were professional, patient and helpful at all times - Tessa was our negotiator and she was super efficient and friendly. Thanks for your help everyone - we got there in the end!!

Don't go anywhere else, these are the best!

I rarely do reviews but felt compelled to do so on this occasion. The service I received from Morris & Bott was simply outstanding, from the valuation right through to (a very complicated) completion. I was kept informed at all stages and not once did I need to phone them to chase anything. I have used other estate agents in the area before and obviously had a few valuations on the property I just sold but this estate agent are in a league of their own. I just can't fault them on anything. I would recommend them to anyone, an extremely professional company with a friendly and approachable team.

An appreciation of excellent service

I'd like to commend the staff at Morris and Bott for their efficiency, courtesy and professionalism during the sale of my Appledore cottage.. In particular I was grateful for regular updates on what was happening and for their availability for discussions and advice. I would recommend them unhesitatingly.

Lovely

Hi. This is my feedback regarding my purchase of 3 Irsha Street. Whilst I spoke to various staff during the process, I dealt with Tessa as the key contact. Having a specific contact was really helpful, knowing who to speak to. I found Tessa warm and friendly and efficient. She did as she had said, followed things through and responded to any requests quickly. She also gave me regular updates so I always knew how things were proceeding. And thank you for the cake, what a lovely touch :)
