Friendly local agents!

I was recommended M&B by a friend living locally to Northam. I live in Surrey and had to sell the property for personal reasons. The team at M&B were professional although very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate many of the remote requests! If you are looking to sell a property in North Devon please, please consider M&B. They communicate regularly to keep you up to date, give honest feedback and provide sensible and professional advice.
