Excellent personal service
I would strongly recommend Morris and Bott. As a result purchaser I can only describe the service as exceptional. What I particularly liked was the fact that any member of the team was always in a position to update you on your purchase. Special thanks to Ellie for keeping on top of the purchase and seeing things through to the end. Could recommend highly enough!

Five stars
Our cottage in Appledore was a tough one to sell but the team at Morris and Bott stuck with it doggedly and achieved a brilliant result . They were cheerful all through the process and have been a pleasure to deal with all along.

They got us moving
Regular updates by phone and email, friendly pestering of solicitor and other parties to keep things moving along, and a lovely card and cake when we went to pick up the keys. Thanks Ellie!

Sale of our property
The team are friendly, professional and very efficient. They handled the sale of our property very well with excellent marketing and dealt with all viewings and negotiations. They kept us updated with progress on viewings and made a very stressful process much more easier to cope with. They are brilliant and we would definitely recommend them to other sellers.

They succeeded where others failed
We had been trying to sell our property for some time. Knowing it was not going to be an easy undertaking Adam at Morris and Bott was still very keen to take it on. From the start their attitude was enthusiastic and professional and their positive attitude gave us the encouragement we needed.. They are a smaller agency but do not be put off by that as their advertising of our property was outstanding with no expense spared and at no extra cost to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and wish them every success in the future as their agency continues to grow.. Our heartfelt thanks to you all on a very successful sale.

Excellent Experience
Morris and Bott really gave it their all from our first viewing as inquisitive buyers. They supported us and really personalised their service. All the staff at Morris and Bott were knowledgeable and aware of our case and were always focused and able to answer any questions or worries. They were truly excellent.
After a traumatic time of not being in a position to buy our dream property, Morris and Bott called us to inform us that the previous sale had fallen through, and we were able then to proceed. At all times the service from the Morris and Bott team was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and communication was really excellent. Hannah managed all parties very professionally and kept us informed on a very regular basis of progress, chasing where possible and ultimately making it all happen. Huge thanks from us for making a very big lifestyle move possible and positive for us!!
