I have found ZEST to be very friendly and easy to deal with, they are responsive and clearly concerned to provide an excellent service. I have never had any reason to doubt what I have been told. Which is not always the case with business organisations. My only reservation was that their email service provider was sometimes a bit hit and miss but they have a new one now and I am confident they have learnt that a first class email system is essential nowadays. So five stars.
