Since my first phone call to Zest when I spotted one of their rental properties online, I have been so impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and positive attitude. It's actually the first time I've rented through an agency, and I was apprehensive about what kind of experience I would have (based on all the stereotypes and horror stories!). I had nothing to fear. Every member of staff I've had contact with has been a delight to deal with - and Natalie even came out to show me the property when she feeling under the weather because she knew how keen I was on it. True commitment! The renting process has gone smoothly, and the Zest team has been incredibly supportive and patient helping my application go through under slightly tricky circumstances (being self-employed!). I'm now happily renting my dream cottage and so thrilled to be here - thank you to everyone at Zest, I'm so grateful to have you as my rental agency!
