I have several properties to let but this latest one was in a different area and I chose Zest from recommendation and I have been more than happy with my choice. I like the fact that they are not pushy. They have a wonderful staff who are all very likeable which makes the job much friendlier than I expected. I had great advice and choices for whole package, half package and just "find a tenant" options. They certainly did as they said on the tin and found a suitable tenant for me and sent several possible prospective tenants around as soon as they advertised it.
