Even when I was further into the process and was being dealt with by their Lettings & Sales Administrator, whom I had a few problems with, Natalie was able to step in and resolve the problems which made a huge difference when it came to actually moving into the property. The communication and support she provided was invaluable during what can often be a stressful time.
