I lived in student digs for 2 years with Zest as the housing agency (our landlord lived abroad so everything was through them) From the actual house viewing and the end of tenancy, Natalie was my knight in shining armour. We had the absolute worst of luck with pyscho housemates & she always, professionally (& just the common decency of just caring for her clients) had mine & my boyfriend's backs. We owe everything to her, she was/is fantastic. Whoever manages to get her as their Agent will have the best time knowing that they are in safe hands!
