I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Natalie Giles who was without a doubt the best housing agent I've ever met and as a student who didn't know a lot about renting a property she was amazingly helpful and charming. I decided not to go with the property in the end but the experience is still very much a favourite in my mind and one of the best encounters I've had when looking for a house. Everything about her deserves 5 stars as the service was world class and I can see why she is considered the top lettings executive in Bath!!!
