I use Zest's lettings services as a landlord. I have used a couple of other agents in Bath and have to say Zest are by far the best. Very helpful, great communication, always timely and 'do what they say they are going to do'. Bluebell is my dedicated property manager, she is excellent and makes the whole process of tenant/landlord effective and easy.
