I have recently purchased a property through Zest in Bath. The experience was a delight in every way. Dana kept me informed at all times with the progress and personally phoned to tell me, which I found much better than receiving emails, as I now live on my own. Dana was always ready to answer any questions and always returned calls should she be out on viewings. The purchase was handled very professionally, with Dana liasing frequently with my solicitor and was completed from start to finish in six weeks! I can highly recommend Zest as the estate agent to use in Bath. For me they were "simply the best!" I can qualify this by saying that I have over fifty years experience of buying and selling many properties from large farmhouses down to my current 'downsized' Courtyard flat and I have used many estate agents during the buying process and - Zest certainly beat the rest !!!!
