I'm always wary of dealing with estate agents, however I found Matt to be the antithesis of the self interested estate agent. His advice was impartial and helpful and delivered us the sale we required at an excellent price, He also went beyond to help us with our other purchase. I would recommend Belvoir.

Excellent service

As a landlord I have recently changed agents to Belvoir & couldn't be happier with the excellent service I have received. From initial contact until the tenant moved in (a speedy 3 weeks) & since communication has been excellent, every member of staff I have encountered has been friendly, courteous and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Belvoir provided an excellent and professional service from production of property details to assisting with the completion. We received weekly updates and Belvoir was on top of the sales process all the way through. They were always there to provide help and support.

WHY I´M SO GLAD I CHOSE BELVOIR

In 2012, I made contact with Belvoir in Basingstoke, because I was having problems with my then letting agent. For example, some rent owed to me had been paid by the tenant but had not been passed on to me. My residence is in Germany and it would be inconvenient to have to travel to the UK just to check that the letting of my property there is being properly managed. Mike Jones impressed me immediately. I then severed my business with the previous agent and formally asked Belvoir to take over. Since then, I have developed a complete trust in Mike and his team. Last year, their friendly professionalism gave me peace of mind when they coped admirably with a recurrent and intermittent fault in the boiler. It was not the first time they had taken action on their own initiative while keeping me informed of the situation several hundred miles away. I shall continue to rely on Belvoir.

The personal touch

Carole, showed me around a property to rent in Hook. She was so lovely, ease to talk to and very helpful. Wish that Belvoir had more properties on their books in the Hook area, as if they had we would have definitely gone with them. They seem to care about both the tenant and the landlord, which I think is a bonus and how it should be across all estate agents. I would highly recommend Carole and Belvoir's.
