Belvoir have been absolutely fantastic in supporting the sale of our home in Basingstoke. We initially purchased the house eight years earlier through Belvoir (Redwoods back then) and we had the same manager look after us which was awesome! Matt is a real asset to Belvoir and we cannot rate him highly enough. He is always on time and doesn’t push the sales pitch. He just provides good, honest advice! We had 3 other estate agents out prior to Belvoir all on the same day and Matt was by far the most reassuring and competitively priced. After agreeing the rates etc Matt was able to take the photos there and then! The house was online by the next working day (morning) and we had multiple viewings and sold in juts over a week. Matt, Emily and Natalie were fantastic and communicated with all parties in a timely manner, always taking the time to call regarding updates followed by a text or email to confirm viewings etc. This was absolutely brilliant as we could easily identify when to be out of the house.
