Outstanding after sales care

The first time i moved house 3 years ago i used a well known online estate agent because of their low fees, once the house was sold they we not interested and i was left to deal with pretty much everything turning it into one of the most stressful things i have ever had to do. This time around i decided to pay that little bit more in hope that i would get a slightly better service but didn't actually expect the amazing service i did get from Belvoir. The Sales team were honest from the start and worked quickly to get my house on the market, what ever they said to the first viewers obviously worked as it sold within 24 hrs. What i think really sets Belvoir above the others is the care and attention they give to each and every customer from the time you sell your house to the day you move, Tasked with this job is a lady called Natalie who is a massive credit to Belvoir and without her constant contact with myself, my solicitors, my buyers, their solicitors plus all other parties that were involved i do not believe we would have completed as quickly as we did with pretty much no hiccups, she took 90% of the stress out of the move as you were never left wondering what was going on and if there was anything she could do to chase she was straight on it. For Natalie alone i would recommend Belvoir to anyone who would listen. Thanks Belvoir and special thanks Natalie ;-)
