Outstanding after sales care

The first time i moved house 3 years ago i used a well known online estate agent because of their low fees, once the house was sold they we not interested and i was left to deal with pretty much everything turning it into one of the most stressful things i have ever had to do. This time around i decided to pay that little bit more in hope that i would get a slightly better service but didn't actually expect the amazing service i did get from Belvoir. The Sales team were honest from the start and worked quickly to get my house on the market, what ever they said to the first viewers obviously worked as it sold within 24 hrs. What i think really sets Belvoir above the others is the care and attention they give to each and every customer from the time you sell your house to the day you move, Tasked with this job is a lady called Natalie who is a massive credit to Belvoir and without her constant contact with myself, my solicitors, my buyers, their solicitors plus all other parties that were involved i do not believe we would have completed as quickly as we did with pretty much no hiccups, she took 90% of the stress out of the move as you were never left wondering what was going on and if there was anything she could do to chase she was straight on it. For Natalie alone i would recommend Belvoir to anyone who would listen. Thanks Belvoir and special thanks Natalie ;-)

I received excellent service from the lettings team when seeking a property to rent. Property description was accurate, all staff friendly and informative and they made the process so easy to navigate.

I have lived in a Belvoir property for over 3 years, they were a good agency to live under. The issues with the property were always dealt with swiftly and professionally, with minimal disruption to me personally. Jo Jones has always been very helpful, right up to check out day. we stayed in rented property let by Belvoir for over 4 years and through out the tenure they have been very professional, warm and understanding. The check in ( 4 years back) was smooth as silk, the contracting was simple and straight forward and any maintenance issues were handled promptly. Initially our contact person was Abi Parker and she was extremely helpful in helping us settle down. I heard many dreadful experiences with other agents operating in this area but we very lucky to be with Belvoir. The checkout process including final inspection, inventory check and return of deposit again was extremely smooth and I would like to thanks Jo Jones for all help and co-ordination in this regard. Excellent Service - Time and Time Again
