Me and my husband have never had any problems with the service we receive from belvoir so would highly recommend them to other people. Laura and Kate have always been great help and resolved any issues straight away that we’ve had. They also knew that we were looking to move from a previous estate agent and downsize, as soon as something came available that suited us, they let us know which we really appreciate as we are now very happy in our new home that is much more beneficial for us. Excellent service throughout our purchase

On our first viewing Brian Neville showed us round the property and as we were new to the area he took time to show us the local amenities. He was at the house the whole time our removals men where unloading our property until we could get there. We were well informed throughout the buying process, in fact Natalie, their Move Manager, provided more information than our own solicitor. The whole team were excellent, I can highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Belvoir are by far the best letting agents in Basingstoke. Carole Archer helped find my tenants and the process was simple, straight forward and efficient. I’d definitely recommend Belvoir and I will be using them as long as I am letting a property. Thank you Belvoir :)
