Tempers can flare quite easily when buying a house and Matthew definitely has the correct temperament and experience to deal with this. Belvoir in general have been very good. From the start - viewing the property, to the checking out Belvoir have been excellent. They keep you well informed, act professionally and undertake their responsibilities efficiently. All communications are at speed, with no need to ever chase up. The checkout was carried out by Shahida in a very fair and informative manner. She was courteous, friendly, professional and involved me in the process. She kept me informed every step of the way and efficiently dealt with any queries I had. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would choose Belvoir and Shahida any day to deal with such matters. Letting agents get a bad name, but that is because those people have not had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Belvoir.

As a private landlord & living a fair distance from my properties I rely upon my agents to act for me & make the best decisions in my absence. I can honestly say that Belvoir (Basingstoke) are a first class team. Whoever I deal with knows me, my property & is always super efficient in dealing with issues & requests. It takes all the stress off my shoulders knowing they look after my interests & I would not hesitate in recommending them as a letting agent. We have recently moved from one property to another through Belvoir lettings Basingstoke. All of the staff were extremely efficient and lovely to deal with and helped to make the move seamless for us.. A big thank you to Kate, Jo, Carol and Abi. And we were delighted to receive all of our deposit back on the first property. Five star service!!!!

Me and my husband were firs time buyers when we found our house. We registered with a lot of local estate agents, but only in Belvoir they could find for us exactly what we were looking for in just 3 days. After we made an offer they help us in negotiating a lot of questions, as we didn’t really knew what to do at that point. The solicitor company that they working with were advised to us and they did a great job. We are collecting the keys tomorrow and are so exited. Natalie was the contact person that always tried to update, help, support, advise and chaise anything that was outstanding to make the purchase as smooth as possible. So a big Thanks to her and the whole team for effort and their hard job!

We have received a fantastic service from Emily & Keith being dedicated in finding us a buyer, through to Matt and Natalie dealing with solicitors and making sure our buyers are happy. Belvoir have always dealt in an extremely efficient manner with my buy to let property - its always a worry losing a tenant particularly when your mortgage is dependent on the rental income - the staff at Belvoir have been great at getting a replacement tenant quickly for me. I cannot fault the lettings or maintenance departments at Belvoir. The lettings department put 100% into their efforts and quickly found me replacement tenants when my first ones moved out after only one year. The maintenance department are prompt and efficient and take much of the stress out of fixing issues with their friendly and caring attitude. I certainly wouldn't think of using any other agents as my experience with Belvoir has always been positive.
