Managing Repairs

As a landlord I have found Belvoir highly efficient at managing my properties from finding and vetting new tenants to informing me of any issues needing attention; providing qualified tradesmen to carry out any repairs in a timely and cost effective manner.

Sales Lettings &

Belvoir Basingstoke have acted for me since 2015 and I have found them reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. Based on this, I have no hesitation in recommending them to other prospective purchasers/landlords.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. The whole sales process from initial meeting (thanks Matthew) to exchange of contracts has taken under 3 months and gone without a hitch. Natalie, our move manager was outstanding, always cheerful with an excellent ‘can-do’ attitude. She kept us informed throughout the whole process liaising with buyers down the chain, solicitors and estate agents so we knew where everyone was, at every stage of the process. Thank you for all your excellent advice and hard work. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Basingstoke Team.

Fantastic service from Belvoir

From the initial valuation through to the completion of my sale Belvoir have been fantastic. Jamie undertook the valuation of my property and secured a sale within a matter of days. Natalie then took over as my move manager and was absolutely brilliant at keeping me updated and organising things along what turned out to be quite a tricky chain. Natalie went above and beyond to work with the solicitors and estate agents further up the chain to get things moving. Both Jamie and Natalie were very professional and friendly; it was great to have a dedicated contact rather than the call centre of an online agent. I would highly recommend the service of Belvoir and if I ever move again I will certainly be using them.

Helena, thanks for leaving this review. You've hit the nail on the head with regard to our in-house sales progression. This is the one element we'll never farm out to a third party and which we'll always spend a lot of time and effort on. Keeping a sale together is where an agent earns his money. This is illustrated by the 42% of sales nationally which currently fall apart between an offer being accepted and the sale completing. Our fall through rate is a fraction of this and we're rightly proud of this fact.

I couldn’t fault the staff at Belvior Estate Agents Basingstoke especially Natalie for keeping up date and while away another colleague Jamie kept me updated. If I was to sell/buy in the future, I would use Belvior Estate Agents and I highly recommend them. Thank you for all your hard work.

We were long term tenants with Redwoods that turned into Belvoir. From Day 1 of our tenancy we were always treated with fairness and respect. Throughout the tenancy any problem has been rectified as quickly as has been possible through their excellent Maitenance logging service. Minor problems have been handled promptly and major issues have been raised and dealt with as quick as they can via agent communicating with the landlord. I couldn't recommend them enough as a tenant, and as a landlord you can be safe in the knowledge that your property will be in safe hands and your tenants well looked after.

We very much enjoyed the excellent customer care and consistent professionalism we received from Matt and the team at Belvoir! The excellent customer service continued long after a sale was agreed. Great communication and weekly updates every step of of the way. If it had not been for the proactive approach we would almost certainly missed out on the opportunity to purchase our next home. We have been very happy with the services of Belvoir, especially our contact Matthew Smith. Tempers can flare quite easily when buying a house and Matthew definitely has the correct temperament and experience to deal with this. Belvoir in general have been very good. Tenant review

From the start - viewing the property, to the checking out Belvoir have been excellent. They keep you well informed, act professionally and undertake their responsibilities efficiently. All communications are at speed, with no need to ever chase up. The checkout was carried out by Shahida in a very fair and informative manner. She was courteous, friendly, professional and involved me in the process. She kept me informed every step of the way and efficiently dealt with any queries I had. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would choose Belvoir and Shahida any day to deal with such matters. Letting agents get a bad name, but that is because those people have not had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Belvoir.
