Excellent service and support

Belvoir have been nothing but excellent when helping my wife and I with the process of getting our house. It started with Martina and Jamie showing us a few houses, and ended with Matthew and Natalie dealing with the house purchase process. There have been moments with our solicitors which have prolonged the process, and without Natalie's help and persistence, we probably wouldn't have been able to get the house. I'd like to say again thank you to the Belvoir Sales team for your continued support in our time of need.

Belvoir have been absolutely fantastic in supporting the sale of our home in Basingstoke. We initially purchased the house eight years earlier through Belvoir (Redwoods back then) and we had the same manager look after us which was awesome! Matt is a real asset to Belvoir and we cannot rate him highly enough. He is always on time and doesn’t push the sales pitch. He just provides good, honest advice! We had 3 other estate agents out prior to Belvoir all on the same day and Matt was by far the most reassuring and competitively priced. After agreeing the rates etc Matt was able to take the photos there and then! The house was online by the next working day (morning) and we had multiple viewings and sold in juts over a week. Matt, Emily and Natalie were fantastic and communicated with all parties in a timely manner, always taking the time to call regarding updates followed by a text or email to confirm viewings etc. This was absolutely brilliant as we could easily identify when to be out of the house. Outstanding after sales care

The first time i moved house 3 years ago i used a well known online estate agent because of their low fees, once the house was sold they we not interested and i was left to deal with pretty much everything turning it into one of the most stressful things i have ever had to do. This time around i decided to pay that little bit more in hope that i would get a slightly better service but didn't actually expect the amazing service i did get from Belvoir. The Sales team were honest from the start and worked quickly to get my house on the market, what ever they said to the first viewers obviously worked as it sold within 24 hrs. What i think really sets Belvoir above the others is the care and attention they give to each and every customer from the time you sell your house to the day you move, Tasked with this job is a lady called Natalie who is a massive credit to Belvoir and without her constant contact with myself, my solicitors, my buyers, their solicitors plus all other parties that were involved i do not believe we would have completed as quickly as we did with pretty much no hiccups, she took 90% of the stress out of the move as you were never left wondering what was going on and if there was anything she could do to chase she was straight on it. For Natalie alone i would recommend Belvoir to anyone who would listen. Thanks Belvoir and special thanks Natalie ;-)

Very professional service

I received excellent service from the lettings team when seeking a property to rent. Property description was accurate, all staff friendly and informative and they made the process so easy to navigate.

I have lived in a Belvoir property for over 3 years, they were a good agency to live under. The issues with the property were always dealt with swiftly and professionally, with minimal disruption to me personally. Jo Jones has always been very helpful, right up to check out day. Belvoir = recommended.

we stayed in rented property let by Belvoir for over 4 years and through out the tenure they have been very professional, warm and understanding. The check in ( 4 years back) was smooth as silk, the contracting was simple and straight forward and any maintenance issues were handled promptly. Initially our contact person was Abi Parker and she was extremely helpful in helping us settle down. I heard many dreadful experiences with other agents operating in this area but we very lucky to be with Belvoir. The checkout process including final inspection, inventory check and return of deposit again was extremely smooth and I would like to thanks Jo Jones for all help and co-ordination in this regard.
