Throughout the tenancy any problem has been rectified as quickly as has been possible through their excellent Maintenance logging service. Minor problems have been handled promptly and major issues have been raised and dealt with as quick as they can via agent communicating with the landlord. I couldn't recommend them enough as a tenant, and as a landlord you can be safe in the knowledge that your property will be in safe hands and your tenants well looked after.

I had been a land lady for last 9 years and I had Belvior do all the management side of things for me. Which the lettings department was just amazing. Always kept in contact with me with anything and always kept me upto date. I have now sold my house and again the sale department was amazing too. At the start I dealt with Jamie and then moved onto Natalie and from start to finish they have all been so good and made it so easy for me. Even when we had a few hic cups Natalie was there to help sort it all out and chase everyone up for me. I would highly recommend Belovior to anyone, to either rent with or to buy. I have been travelling many places for job reasons for long term. Tenancy terms are always a bit hectic when you leave the house specially after years. With Belvoir, the vacating formality really eased out with trust and they are very co-operative in terms of quick and smooth settlement. Carole, Shahida and Kate were very kind and helpful throughout my tenancy period. Maintenance department was quick and prompt in resolving the issues. And last but not the least, Jo who was amazing in getting deposit related formalities completed with Happy settlement :-)
