Belvoir break the perceptions with renting
Friendly staff that make themselves available whenever needed. During the past 3 years we rented through Belvoir and I was constantly surprise by their ability to resolve any issues promptly and efficiency along with their due diligence when following up on any historical issues. If you are moving to the area I cannot recommend this company enough. We personally dealt with Sarah Smith and again I recommend you ask for her by name as she prides herself in making the transition of moving home as painless as possible.

Never let you down
When I was first looking for a property to buy, Mike at Belvoir was recommended to me as someone who would give me an honest opinion which he did. He spent a long time with me explaining which areas to look in and types of property and it was based on his recommendation that we bought a cluster house in Lychpit. Because of his approach initially along with the care that we received from Belvoir when we were buying the property, they were our first choice to help us manage our first home as Landlords. We met with Mike and his team on the Saturday and had a tenant by Wednesday that week!! So far the whole process has been stress free as they do all the hard work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to new or experienced Landlords.

No hesitation in recommendation
Belvoir have taken over the full management of my Parents house as they have now moved into full time residential care. Belvoir have taken on the full burden of responsibility showing round and selecting suitable tenants , vetting , checking, agreeing rental contracts, monitoring the house and collecting the rent which has taken a great deal of worry away from me personally. I am kept fully informed at every stage and receive regular reports . I have found them to be very professional and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

True Property Professionals!
I was recommended to Belvoir to manage and market my BTL property through a contact who has several properties managed through Belvoir.. They have been brilliant! We had just purchased the house and undertook some light renovations before it was to be let. Belvoir gave us sound advice on how to make the property appeal to the most potential tenants and suffice to say my house was let within a day of it being advertised for the full rental price for a whole year to desirable tenants . They took care of everything in the background and were very quick to deal with any query I had and also in dealing with queries the tenants had. I would not hesitate to recommend them to landlords, they just took all the hassle away from me, even contacting the utility companies, they really do offer total management.

As a first time landlord - Superb!
I came to Belvoir as a new landlord, I had never ventured into such a thing before and shopped around a lot before calling Belvoir. Mike who came to see me was outstanding. He completely made me feel at ease, totally upfront and really knew his stuff. No hard sales, no pushiness, just straight honest upfront information - how refreshing! Carol who took control of the viewings was equally as great. She was on the ball with every aspect and was honest and thorough. I don’t usually write reviews but felt this company as agents really have gone above and beyond. The girls in the office doing the admin were all on the ball no matter who ever answered the phone. I certainly have no intention of going anywhere else.

Tenancy agreement
We were recommended to use Belvoir as a letting agent by our gas engineer in 2009, since then we have been more than pleased with the service provided. There is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone advising us in our best interests

Highly professional, very thorough, but also very pleasant
Having previously let property, we knew of some of the items to be covered, however Belvoir have been even more thorough. They work in a very professional way, having kept us well informed, and have organised the additional services needed to get two new to market properties ready without a lot of expence. I strongly recommend them

Belvoir Basingstoke Letting Agents
Belvoir have provided excellent service in marketing and acting as letting agents on my private property. They specialise in this area and as such are fully conversant with the latest (considerable) rules and regulations relevant to both landlords and tenants. Staff at Belvoir have been highly efficient, initially providing detailed information on all aspects of letting, preparing property details (ready to advertise) and arranging for the necessary inspections required by law. They continue to provide great service with their office based support staff who I have found to be readily available and quick to respond. All in a top rate service that I highly recommend.

Thank goodness for Belvoir!
I have used Belvoir (previously Redwoods) for a number of years and have always found them professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Always on the ball, whether finding me a tenant or checking whether rent received on time, they take the hassle out of letting, keeping me informed at all times. Well done Belvoir.
