My overall experience with Belvoir has been great! From moving in to years of constant communication and to the lovely Jo Jones ensuring my check out and return of my deposit went smooth and easy. I have been dealing with Natalie Painter Move Manager from the Basingstoke office. My case had many complications that Natalie dealt with on my behalf. Every time I called her, she took the time to explain what the problems were in a friendly professional way. I looked forward to speaking to her, she cheered me up when I was feeling frustrated and stressed with the procedures.

Sale of Rental property

This was the second rental property we have sold through Belvoir. Once again the Sales team were excellent, and two offers over the asking price were achieved in two days. Natalie did a great job in chasing the solicitors and keeping us informed, though I don't know how she manages to cope with the frustrations of that task! We are now out of the rental market, but I would recommend Belvoir for both Lettings management and sales.

The letting market has been changing quickly over the last one to two years with constantly change rules and regulations, which usually result in more costs for the land lords, but having a letting agent that is on top of the changes is a major help. The types of properties that are letting out is also changing with life style requirements and cash flow. With Belvoire Basingstoke I have been informed and advised when these changes may have an impact on my properties rentable potential and also the additional costs that will be involved. Belvoire have been flexible with the estimated rental potential in relation to what the market requires and they have also be realistic with when dealing with disputes that might arise when a tenant vacates the property. They are realistic on what can be claimed for and at the same time looking after the Landlords interests. They are walking that fine undefined line of looking after the interests of the Landlord and the Tenant. Jo their checking out agent is a very good example.

It has been our first sale and purchase experience in 11 years and we are very pleased we chose Belvoir for this journey. Right from the beginning when we dealt with Jamie and later with Natalie, the service has been friendly and professional and even though it has been a stressful process due to lockdown, we always felt like they had time for us to help, support and give honest advice. It's a great set up to have a dedicated sales person (Jamie has been great in marketing our house) to then move and have Natalie who coordinates the whole process. I know I rang you many times so I also have to say thank you for your patience :) !!!
