Very happy with the service we got from Belvoir regarding the recent purchase of our first property. After a long year of no success with other estate agents we felt very deflated. Emily in particular was AMAZING. She knew exactly what we were looking for and found us our dream first home. She really went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank her enough. The pictures, virtual tour and floorplans were spot on. Jamie the manager clearly knows the local market very very well. He suggested a lower starting price than we'd hoped to achieve. His strategy was spot on though. Within a few days of the advert going live we had 10 offers, all asking price and above. We were given information about all the offers and all the buyers situations. We accepted one offer £17.5k above asking - (this was higher than we'd ever hoped to achieve) and all within 10 days of Jamie first coming round. Natalie kept us informed all the way through the sale, copying us in on every email as she encouraged the solicitors on both sides to get things moving along a bit faster.
