Excellent Service

Belvoir have been excellent at handling our tenancy. With the amount of properties they deal with, it’s great to see that they value each tenant/landlord genuinely as they resolve our requests quickly & conveniently. Special mentions to the maintenance team (Michelle, Rachel & the rest), they’ve been fabulous with all of the maintenance issues!

2 year of tenancy

I’m very grateful for the whole team during my tenancy for two years especially Jo Jones which kept the standards, made the process easy in every single situation and responds fast and efficiently.

Service

Very impressed with their work. Our house was put on the market mid October and by early December we already had a buyer. We constantly had a stream of people coming to view our property. We constantly received updates .Thank you for your support

Interim visits

It´s my first "adult" renting experience in UK (not taking into account my student days 20+ years ago, when renting was quite "different", to say the least), and although I have the feeling that tenants receive more legal protection in other European countries, the interim visits performed by Jo Jones and colleagues are mostly a stress-free experience.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I don't know how legislation compares to the rest of Europe, but I do know that it's becoming more and more burdensome in the UK. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it does take increasingly longer to do even the most basic of tasks as a result. We're pleased that you're happy with our efforts.

120 Barber Road

Belvoir offered great service throughout the sale. Unfortunately the sale took longer than expected due to issues at the bottom of the chain, however the move manager at Basingstoke, Natalie Painter, was fantastic, going over and above her role to ensure the sale went through. I would happily recommend Belvoir to anyone wanting to use them!. Thanks again Belvoir!

Fair handling of the deposit value

Many thanks to Jo Jones for a fair assessment of the flat condition and fair arrangement with landlord. I am happy that thanks to her help I have a good portion of my deposit back.

Great service

We have only been tenants through Belvoir since June but had to report a few maintenance issues.. One being no power in the shower and the kitchen being a bit run down. Within a couple of months we have had an upgrade to the kitchen and a new power shower fitted, which is great! Really appreciate everyone we have spoke to and who have helped in the Basingstoke office in resolving the issues we have raised. Thank you!
