Best estate agent I've worked with, bar none

Rightly or wrongly, estate agents have a reputation for being profit-obsessed wheeler-dealers who have no basic instinct for customer care. By contrast, Barons are the best estate agents I have ever worked with. Having experienced nightmare situations in the private rental sector, it was so refreshing to work with agents who were honest, professional and replete with bags of enthusiasm. As a first-time buyer, I was understandably anxious about the progress of the purchase, but Barons went the extra mile again and again to get it over the line. Trevor and Charlie in particular were absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

We used Barons to sell our house earlier tbis year as they were recommended by a number of local friends. From start to finish, the team were efficient and knowledgeable. Communication was always fast and easy. We went on two back:back holidays and were able to relax, knowing that Barons were taking care of things back home. Other houses in our street were on the market for weeks/months, but Barons helped us to get an acceptable offer in practiacally no time. They even dealt with the Vendor's Building Developer as they were so much more competent than her Estate Agent. They were worth every penny!

Brought my new house through Barons Estate Agent. Communication and service was first class with regular updates from their office. They also helped to push my sale through and provided me with accurate information when my estate agent failed to do. If i were to move again, Barons would be my first choice of Estate Agents in the Basingstoke area.

We bought our house through Barons, and were very impressed with the after-sales service. As such, when it was time to move on, it was an easy choice to use Barons to handle our sale. Everybody was very friendly and professional, and they were always easy to get hold of on the phone. The jewel in their crown however was Trevor who looks after the after sale part progressing to completion. He was tireless in his efforts in chasing down all other parties in our long (9 people!) chain. I don't doubt that if it was left to the other agents (particularly the online ones) in the chain, that we'd still be waiting to move! All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Great estate agent and would highly recommend

We used Barons estate agent after our initial agent messed us about and was unable to sell our property. Trevor went above our expectations to ensure that we sold our house for the full asking price and also stayed on top of the process even answering questions in the evening and at weekends. They even found our new home so we were lucky that they were able to deal with the whole transaction from start to finish. We would most definitely use Barons again for our next sale.

We chose Barons as they came highly recommended to us & due to their extensive knowledge of the local area. Whilst they were not the cheapest, their service is worth every penny! Throughout the experience (we sold & bought via them), they remained professional, honest & responsive. If we had to do this all over again & their fees doubled, we would still use them. I was very pleased with the professional and efficient way the people at Barons Estate Agents dealt with the sale of my house and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the process of selling a house made as smooth as possible. The photos of the house were excellent and were quickly put on Right move with a full set of details, including a floor plan. Viewings started to be arranged within 30 mins of being in the public domain and this resulted in the house being sold in 2 days. All the staff at Barons were polite and helpful and always returned my calls but Trevor was particularly good. He was the person who saw the whole sale through and made sure any hiccups that arose were smoothed out so the sale went through with minimal hassle. I cannot thank them enough for their help and support through what can be a difficult and stressful process.

Excellent Service

Barons in Basingstoke were instrumental in our being able to get the best deal for our property and to sell it quickly. They took care of all of the viewings and arranged an open day, which helped to expedite and seal the sale. They were knowledgeable, proactive, flexible and courteous. Following receipt of offers, they supported us throughout to bring exchange and completion to fruition.
