Our house sale, from start to finish it was a very good experience. Appointments were well organised and advice(eg Sale price) given proved sensible and accurate. I found everyone I talked with and met - Phil, Matt, Kevin, Trevor and Matthew to be professional, efficient and up to date with information right up to completion. Simply brilliant. The team at Barons are a cut above any other property agent I have engaged with in the past. They took up the challenge of selling my property and despite a number of bumps in the road then stuck to the task and delivered. My husband and I are first time buyers and the whole experience was made so much easier by Barons. We saw our house online and had a viewing booked for the Monday evening. Our offer was accepted 2 days later and we moved in 3 months after that. Baron's kept us informed of every development and helped through the buying process that we knew nothing about! We dealt with a few of the agents throughout the process but specifically Phil & Matt R were lovely to deal with and very helpful. Barons had their work cut out with our sale, but delivered an outstanding service! I am a first time seller, which I am sure comes with its challenges, but equally most of the prospects that offered on our house were first time buyers. This inexperience resulted in having to sell our house 4 times before they could get the deal away, with purchasers making offers and then pulling out. Eventually a slightly complicated deal with a housing developer was secured and completion was smooth and speedy. What stood our about Barons was the communication they provided. They constantly kept us up to date with developments. Treated us like part of the team and we felt they had our best interests at heart, which was refreshing. Highly recommended. Very nice guys. Honest, Helpful, Reassuring, Proactive

First thing I loved was the none pushy approach when it came to me signing up. They told me they could get me a quick sale and they did, within 24 hours my house was sold, for more than I'd hoped. They have helped every step of the way and were always there if I had questions or if I was getting worried. When I was getting close to exchanging contracts they helped push it though to reach the competition date I wanted. I was very happy with their service from start to finish, I'd recommend them to anyone and the next time I sell or look to buy a house they will be the first people I call.
