Fabulous experience. Incredibly diligent and without Charlie's hard work, I doubt my sale would have stayed on track. He always did what he said was going to do, and religiously called with weekly updates. The office worked brilliantly together as a team to cover holidays, and I also know they worked long hours during a very busy period. 100% recommend.
I highly recommend using this Estate Agent. I sold my flat with Barons and they made the whole process stress free. The staff team are professional, friendly and were great at keeping in touch with the progress of my sale. They provided advice and their experience without being pushy (my previous experience of another agency!) Special thanks to Patrick and Charlie .

Charlie and the team at Barons, Basingstoke, were amazing. We was lucky enough to complete during the global pandamic and Baron's helped all the way, keeping me up to date on a weekly basis, answering any questions and pushing all parties along to completion. We are now living in our dream house and we cannot thank them enough for their efforts and support to ensure everything went as planned during tough times for everyone.
Yet again they were fantastic! I have used Barons before and got great service and this time was no different! Once the house was under offer it’s the support you get that makes them different from others. They know everything that is going on, keep everyone updated and chase all the relevant people when needed. Without them being involved our sale would of taken much longer. Superb service and top notch customer care from the first day we called them for a viewing, how they understood our family requirements and how they were able to schedule for us top notch viewings that is 100% matching what we were looking for. Then they followed up with us closely and patiently until we were able to get the house that we needed. The whole process was so smooth, we dealt with Patrick first who was fantastic, very friendly and honest, nothing was too much trouble (we asked to view the property 3 times), later on we dealt with Charlie who was also great, answered all our questions, helped us in every stage of the purchase and updated us regularly. From start to finish, Barons were amazing. After this experience, if I was ever to buy again, I’d actively look for properties marketed by them. The whole team couldn’t have been more helpful, and Charlie who was assigned to my purchase, was brilliant. He kept me regularly updated, answered any questions or worries (no matter how silly) and never made me feel too much trouble. The whole process would have been so much more stressful if it hadn’t have been for Barons.
