Just sold a bungalow with Barons, completed in 7 weeks What a brilliant team. Phoned me every Friday to let me know exactly how things were progressing and nothing was ever to much trouble for them. Charlie at Barons was excellent. He was exceptionally proactive and provided weekly updates via a telephone conversation (which was much appreciated) his tenacity in driving all parties in the chain to successfully meet a tight completion date requirement was excellent. His professionalism was top class. I would highly recommend Barons.
Stress free house moves ARE possible!!! Barons Basingstoke have been exceptionally helpful from beginning to end of both our sale and purchase. We chose them because the house we wished to buy was on the market with them and we wanted to keep things straight forward, they didn’t let us down. Their communication was excellent and they always phoned when they said they would. We felt it was a very personal service due to the way their office works and having long standing members of staff who clearly care about their company, customers and each other. When our named agent was on holiday his colleague knew everything and kept things moving. Certainly changed our view of estate agents, a friendly hard working bunch who genuinely care. Thank you Charlie and crew!
I used Barons for my recent house sale after another agent failed to deliver. I should of used them earlier! Everything was done quickly, professionally and with minimal fuss. The communication from Patrick, Trevor and Charlie throughout the marketing and subsequent sale has been excellent and Kevin gave me a great overview of what they were about at the start. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their service and value.

Dealing with Charlie at Barons was an absolute pleasure. Even though we were the buyers he continually worked very hard throughout the sale to provide us with all the necessary information we required as and when we needed it. Charlie and his colleagues couldn't be more efficient, responsive and proactive during the buying process. Charlie was more than happy to take our calls to answer our queries for us during all hours. He also liaised with our broker and solicitor ensure nothing got in the way of completion. If we were to ever sell, Barons would be who we'd use without a doubt!
Trevor and the rest of the team were absolutely AMAZING. Trevor went above and beyond with his help and support throughout a long, drawn out process (all down to a new build taking a year to be finished - no fault of Barons - it was totally out of their hands). I hope I don't have to move again in the near future but if I was to do so, I would not hesitate in returning to Barons to sell my house. I will recommend Barons to everyone I know selling/buying a house. Barons totally deserves the 5 stars. Basingstoke is lucky to have such a caring, professional and friendly estate agency.
Excellent service. They kept me informed on weekly bases what was happening, even if there was no change. I found this very reassuring as I didn’t need to chase for updates. My house sales was a bit tricky with one particular difficult buyer and after 3 months pulled out the weekend before Christmas (2018). Barons had the house back on the market before Christmas and got a buyer shortly into the new year and completed in a couple of months. I live about half an hour away from the property and Barons were on hand to give access to trade people carrying out repairs, which was excellent. Very professional and very friendly
Barons Estate Agents have literally changed my view of estate agents. My experience before Barons wasn't that great but Barons are totally different. They kept me informed all of the way. They would always follow up after viewings at my house and would keep me updated every week for both the house i was selling and the house i was buying. If it wasn't for Barons i know our chain would have fallen apart. Other sellers in the chain used cheap online estate agents and their online solicitors and to be honest the online ones were worse than useless. They didn't have a clue and nearly cost us our house. Barons on the other hand did most of their work too. If you are looking for a decent, HONEST estate agents in Basingstoke i would honestly only ever recommend Barons.

With being first time buyers my partner and I didn’t know what exactly to expect. However the team at Barons made buying our first home such an easy and comfortable process. We told them what we were looking for and by taking the time to find out what would really work for us, in no time at all they were able to find the perfect house for us. My partner and I are now very proud owners of a house and no thanks to Barons and the team! I could not recommend highly enough and we will for sure be using them again :)
