Excellent service. Charlie at Barons certainly put a shift in and did far more than the other estate agents in our chain. The chain certainly could have fallen apart without the strong communication and advice given to our buyers. We would certainly use Barons again and having compared notes with friends also moving it was clear that having an agent solely dedicated to sales rather than sales and lettings made a big difference, a consideration I didn't really have at the start.

Highly professional service. The agency has been great from start to finish. Booked a viewing with Patrick, he was very friendly and professional. From then on, I was mainly in contact with Charlie. He kept me updated on a weekly basis without fail. Charlie had a calming approach and manner when speaking with him. His strong communication skills made our buying experience that much better, of what can been a stressful process, whilst delivering excellent customer service. Charlie is an asset to Barons. We met Trevor Lee and he was professional and knowledgeable about selling and buying process . Barons were one of three we invited to value our home , we immediately knew they were the estate agents for us . Viewings were done extremely well within the current restrictions we are all living with . All the team were equally as professional on viewings and communication was good . After accepting a offer they continued to be their for us every step of the sale process , which had its usual challenges when moving! Barons handled both our sale and our purchase. While buying and selling a house is highly stressful, the one reliable and consistent factor was the team at Barons, providing us weekly updates, pushing everybody in the chain along and providing guidance on our next steps. Thanks to the whole team at Barons Estate Agents for making our house move as stress free as possible. They sold our house on the first day of viewings. Then expertly managed the whole chain to ensure the many problems that occurred didn't derail the sale. Most of the time we were blissfully unaware as they dealt with issue after issue. They were a calming influence at each key stage. All of this through the Covid lockdowns too. We would definitely recommend them to anyone selling their home. I am an agent myself of many years experience in High Wycombe and have to say a massive thank you to Trevor having recently been involved in a chain with him, I cant comment on service to clients( although 110 five star google reviews would suggest the service to be on point)but the proactive approach to resolving a massive problem in the chain resulted in a successful exchange of contracts today, without his input and grasping the bull by the horns I am not sure the chain would have made it, there were 5 agents in this chain, Ewe Move locally were involved in two links and appeared to bury their head in the sand when they were really needed at which point Trevor step up to the mark, an excellent agent, well done sir, if they knew I am sure the whole chain would thank you.

The best estate agents, in Basingstoke. We purchased our property via Barons and they really did look after us. Trevor, would give a call once a week to keep us updated, he talked to our and the buyers solicitors! Patrick especially, made the whole thing a great experience. He really is a born salesmen! We viewed lots of different properties with other agents, who were awful and put us off the houses.. Patrick did the opposite, he really is a star. Thanks Barons!

Barons came highly recommended to me by a family member who had also sold a property through them some years ago, they did not disappoint! I didn’t have the easiest of sell, due to unforeseen circumstances, but Barons were there to support me every step of the way. Everyone in the office is lovely and could not do enough to help. I never had to chase around because Barons were always one step ahead of the game, keeping me informed at every stage. In the later stages of the sale I dealt mostly with Charlie, who was amazing throughout. He went above and beyond many times to ensure the sale went through as smoothly as possible. The team at Basingstoke Baron's were great! With a very good sales presentation handling the advertising and viewings with 'Covid' precautions and protections always in hand. They are an upbeat, friendly yet professional bunch! Sold our Mum's bungalow in Old Basing in very nearly record time.....though the exchange did drag on rather! Throughout the after sales period they kept in touch letting us know what was happening and that they were always there to help! As a result we would highly recommend to anyone that they give Baron's a try!
