Barons was out sellers agent but phoned us weekly to update us on progress. Everyone from Patrick who showed us round the property to Charlie who phoned to update us and the others in the office all were very proffessional friendly and helpful. A 5 star service from this excellent estate agent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Very professional and friendly team- nothing was too much trouble for them they retained a sense of humour throughout despite the problems others put in their way. Even though Barons were our seller's Estate agent and not ours, Charlie Mather called us every week to update us on what was going on in the chain. I also remember Charlie contacting me previously about paint colours in a different place I sold to help out the new owner, which was very kind of him. Professional, friendly and any team member I spoke to really seemed to care about what was going on with our sale. I always felt in good hands! I can't rate Barons highly enough on making my sale happen, apart from being highly experienced/professional they were a joy to work with. Leasehold/part-ownership properties bring added complexities but these guys steered me through to the end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, or indeed use them again myself.
