Selling a house is never an easy process, but having Baron's on our side made a huge difference to us. Their professional yet friendly approach gave us confidence to keep going even through a difficult time in the market; and they were successful in selling our house within a reasonable time and achieving a deal that all parties were satisfied with.

All the support we received from Barons was fantastic. From Patrick who showed us the house, to Charlie who supported us through the buying process, we were really happy with the entire team. They answered all questions quickly, and weren't pushy, especially when compared to other estate agents we worked with in the area. Definitely recommend.

I can't recommend Barons highly enough. If you want to sell your house I would suggest that you look no further. When choosing an agent we got a few in, and Barons were on the nose with their valuation (unlike some other agents who were promising the earth - sounded too good to be true!). We went with Barons over online agents as we wanted someone we could deal with personally as there was a pressure to sell, and we didn't think an online agent would offer the level of service we needed - Going with Barons was the best decision we could have made. Needing a quick sale in order to secure a house we've seen, we put our trust in Barons to find a buyer quickly, which they did. However, the real value was added after this with the management of the chain and dealing with other estate agents, solicitors etc. which the team were totally excellent at. In summary, if you want to minimise the stress of moving, use a decent agent you can trust - and Barons are the best I've dealt with.

Barons are a Fantastic local Estate agent for Basingstoke, they have the best knowledge of the area and in Charlie they have a great asset who listens to your requirements and tailors selling and buying a property around you. The whole firm from top to bottom have been great during the buying and selling process.

What can I say other than amazing. Barons were my buyers estate agents however I found them to be very helpful and on the ball. They helped my stress levels no end by keeping me up to date on matters which were causing delays where my own estate agent failed to inform me on a number of things. From start to finish, Barons Estate Agents have been absolutely wonderful! At every point in our transaction, they have been professional, helpful, polite and friendly. Their customer service is absolutely second to none. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company who clearly put emphasis on good communication - they respond to emails quickly, they will call you back when they say they will, they even provided us with regular updates about the purchase off their own back so we were continuously informed. Absolute nothing was too much trouble, from regularly chasing up solicitors to helping with any questions, we really feel like we can rely on Barons. We had a particular situation with our purchase that nearly scared us away, however Barons went out of their way to do everything they could to help with this, including setting up a face to face meeting between the property owner and ourselves and attending the meeting themselves too. I’m paraphrasing, but one of my conversations with Charlie was “Obviously we do this job to be paid, but we truly want you to love the house you buy and it’s our job to make sure that everything is right for you” I’m left on no doubt that this wasn’t just words, it’s very clear from our experience with Barons that they really do, and will do, everything they can to make your experience a great one.
