From start to finish Barons Estate Agents have been excellent. They were organised and efficient when advertising our house, professional when completing tours of the house and excellent at communicating throughout. Once we had a buyer Charlie was fantastic with the after sales, he kept our solicitors and connecting solicitors / estate agents moving in the right direction. The whole team made house selling and buying less stressful and much more manageable with working full time. We would (and have already) recommend Barons to anyone.

Prior to our recent move we were guilty of believing all estate agents fitted the typical stereotype and thought that we would simply sell via an online agent, save a fortune and be in control all the way. However, after our valuation meeting we decided to market through Barons; a decision which paid dividends.
Our transaction was turbulent and full of challenges which were beyond our control. Throughout the process Barons remained absolutely committed to us and worked tirelessly and relentlessly to get us moved. Their exceptional level of service didn’t waver from day 1 through to eventual completion in month 7. Barons went significantly above and beyond what a seller should reasonably expect from their agent.
A friendly and helpful team, completely down to earth and ready and willing to get stuck in and support their clients. Always on the end of the phone whatever the hour or day of the week. Extremely well connected within the local area and able to leverage these relationships to get things moving. I cannot praise Barons Estate agents enough. We were aware of their expertise prior to selling our property with them. We bought a house that Barons were marketing. They did far more for us than the estate agents that sold our property. Barons were continually “chasing up the chain”, something our previous agents failed miserably on. They really bend over backwards to see the process through from beginning to end, with regular updates on the process and interventions to get things moving. A great team, I thoroughly recommend them.

Had a bad experience with another estate agent. Using Barons was alike a breath for fresh air. They didn’t overvalue the house to flatter me, just based on good marketing and local info. Great comms and sold the house within 3 days. We then had a long wait until our new property was ready, but every week they kept us informed via a call. If you want to sell your house and have great customer service, then use Barons.

Barons Estate Agents stepped up when I asked them to take over the sale of my property and within 4 days had a buyer. My point of contact was Charlie Mather and he updated me at every stage of the process with regular calls and updates.
He managed the relationship between myself and the buyer in a professional manner and even calmed my ruffled feathers when, at one point, I wanted to pull out of the negotiations.
