Stress free house moves ARE possible!!! Barons Basingstoke have been exceptionally helpful from beginning to end of both our sale and purchase. We chose them because the house we wished to buy was on the market with them and we wanted to keep things straight forward, they didn’t let us down. Their communication was excellent and they always phoned when they said they would. We felt it was a very personal service due to the way their office works and having long standing members of staff who clearly care about their company, customers and each other. When our named agent was on holiday his colleague knew everything and kept things moving. Certainly changed our view of estate agents, a friendly hard working bunch who genuinely care. Barons Estate Agents have literally changed my view of estate agents. My experience before Barons wasn't that great but Barons are totally different. They kept me informed all of the way. They would always follow up after viewings at my house and would keep me updated every week for both the house i was selling and the house i was buying. If it wasn't for Barons i know our chain would have fallen apart. Other sellers in the chain used cheap online estate agents and their online solicitors and to be honest the online ones were worse than useless. They didn't have a clue and nearly cost us our house. Barons on the other hand did most of their work too. If you are looking for a decent, HONEST estate agents in Basingstoke i would honestly only ever recommend Barons.

Charlie at Barons was excellent. He was exceptionally proactive and provided weekly updates via a telephone conversation (which was much appreciated) his tenacity in driving all parties in the chain to successfully meet a tight completion date requirement was excellent. His professionalism was top class. I would highly recommend Barons.

Trevor and the rest of the team were absolutely AMAZING. Trevor went above and beyond with his help and support throughout a long, drawn out process (all down to a new build taking a year to be finished - no fault of Barons - it was totally out of their hands). I hope I don't have to move again in the near future but if I was to do so, I would not hesitate in returning to Barons to sell my house. I will recommend Barons to everyone I know selling/buying a house. Barons totally deserves the 5 stars. Basingstoke is lucky to have such a caring, professional and friendly estate agency.

With being first time buyers my partner and I didn’t know what exactly to expect. However the team at Barons made buying our first home such an easy and comfortable process. We told them what we were looking for and by taking the time to find out what would really work for us, in no time at all they were able to find the perfect house for us.
