Charlie from Barons was our Sales Progresser for the property we were buying,he gave us weekly updates and helped us through what is a very stressful time, especially when you haven't moved for 25years! All the agents we met either in person when viewing the property or on the phone were friendly and professional. We hope to never move again but if we did Barons would be top of the list! Thankyou
Having failed to sell with a large estate agent, I spoke with several local estate agents but never felt confident in their ability to sell. Barons were a breath of fresh air. From the beginning, their staff were professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Unlike the large estate agency, Barons maintained regular, meaningful communication throughout the sale process. Whenever difficulties arised on the buyer's side, they were efficient in resolving matters. Compared to other local estate agents, they ensured I obtained a high price for my property rather than go for a low price for a quick sale. I would be very happy to use Barons again. They are great to work with when selling your property and I highly recommend the use of their services.
A remarkable service by the team at Barons. The inevitable stress of moving home was greatly alleviated by the personal attention that was given to us. We particularly appreciated the regular weekly calls, which gave us an update on all matters. In particular, the progress reports compiled from discussions with solicitors and other parties gave us comfort that the transactions were being effected professionally and positively. From start to finish I can not praise Barons enough. Polite and informative thoughout the whole selling process. We had an open day to sell our house and the whole process was easy. Once we had accepted an offer, Barons kept us informed by weekly updates on how the solicitors were progressing with searches etc. We got more information from Barons than we did our solicitor!! I highly recommend Barons.
We recently purchased our 1st house through Barons Basingstoke and despite the fact that our seller was the one paying Baron’s fees, Charlie, Liam and the team at Barons went beyond our expectations. As buying a property is one of the most stressful and expensive decisions that most people will make, Barons made the whole process so much smoother by instigating weekly update phone calls (which we even received when there hadn’t been much change!) and their initiative to deal directly with our solicitors when need be, made our lives a lot less nerve-wracking. Nothing was too much trouble, with every phone message returned and any questions dealt with promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Baron’s Basingstoke to anybody wanting to sell their home, and we’ll definitely be back in a few years once we’ve completed our renovations and looking for our next property.
