Throughout the protracted sale of our property, through no fault of Charters, Mike constantly updated us - always available to chase other estate agents/solicitors involved in the chain. Always in pursuit of resolving the issues involved in a complicated chain. Through out the process, the whole team were fully aware of our situation and able to answers queries, in Mike's absence.
