A joke of an estate agent - incredibly rude staff, I would strongly advise avoiding this company

Sadly they don't call you back if you view a property and the landlord chooses somebody else to rent it........... very polite and up to speed when booking viewings or enquiring, but can't be bothered to inform you if the property goes to somebody else. Now I know why estate agents are called leeches!!

Beware tell lies and make excuses for everything they are NEVER wrong you are ALLWAYS wrong when the logic of business is the customer's always right 1 star is far too much for them

I woulnd't recommend them at all. very slow at dealing with issues and customer service leaves alot to be desired

I won't even hesitate to give this 0 star. Wasted my time doing the online cv and bothering my employer to write a reference. I don't know how to feel if I'm getting discriminated considering I have an excellent credit rating. What's the point completing the Rental cv when you don't want to send a request to access on it? I even went to your office in Larbert to hand a written email address to make sure to give you a right one but waited for nothing. Went to O'Malley, no hassle and very helpful and arranged a viewing no problem.

Do both members of staff need to take lunch at the same time closing the office again a time when most house sales go? I don't think so. Still waiting for them to come and pick up their for sale sign after nearly 3 weeks. I have also called to ask for it to be picked up.

Dissapointed at my experience because of the many positive reviews about EweMove available. I tried to get into contact about a rental property they had available multiple times through the week. Got in contact with their main office for a viewing, where I was told Claire would call me back as Johnathan who was managing the property was on leave. I never ended up getting the call back, so when I called the York branch directly (also note it's quite unclear which phone number is for what) Claire picked up and told me I would have to wait until Monday, as she is only covering for emergencies. I wait until Monday and call again (ended up at the main calls centre again) and they told me they would notify Johnathan I had called. Then the website updates to now say the property has been let. I have still not been contacted a single time by any of the staff throughout the period. It would have been nice to have at least been told there was never actually any possibility (or at least minimal) of the property being available to me instead of just wasting my time. Tldr: impossible to get in contact with, no communication between staff/branches, staff let you waste time instead of just notifying they have found a tenant already Thanks
