We will also consider your recommendation regarding the lunch break. Historically it's proven that the demands of the service we provide can mean our advisers don't receive a lunch break if the office is open - with advisers on the phone and others helping people in the office - and we have to ensure we're being fair to employees, consequently the decision to close for 30 minutes at lunch was taken.
