Great guy, as buyers he was very helpful. It was extremely difficult for him as his clients, the sellers were completely lacking in honesty, integrity and empathy. Unsurprisingly they had "bad buyers' before, probably due to a total lack of understanding of how you are supposed to act. He kept the deal going even when he wasn't being kept in the loop by his own clients. Very professional, will happily employ Mark when we move again.

From the start, via a very bumpy road to completion (due to a very challenging buyer), Mark & Julie have been absolutely fantastic and certainly go the extra mile!
