Thank you to Mark and Julie for their help and support on our journey with finding our house. They were both so patient with us showing us several properties and just when we thought we were going to lose the sale of our house they came up with Craig Road that hadn't gone to market yet and was just what we had been looking for. Their understanding and empathy towards your individual goals and expectations is crazy when you consider they balance everyone. I couldn’t imagine balancing lots of versions of me who have a dream home but need lots of help to get it. Did in 6 weeks what our previous estate agents couldn't do in 6 months!

Mark & team sold out house in 6 weeks after months of termoil with another estate agent. We got the price we wanted in one of our first offers through him. Correspondence was easy via a WhatsApp group set up by his wife Julie who was always just a message away and always replied fast with the exact answer we needed. We hope to never need to move again but if we do it'll be via mark Buchanan!
