Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley

Absolutely fantastic how Davis Tate (Woodley) helped us with the sale of our house! We recommend!

Lee was fantastic in helping us to sell our house. Personable and diligent, kept us informed throughout the process, and kept well on top of solicitors throughout. Definitely would recommend.

I cannot recommend Lee highly enough for his excellent service selling my house. He communicated throughout between buyers and solicitors which made the whole process run smoothly.

We cannot speak highly enough about Lee. The sale of our property went beautifully, Lee found us the most wonderful and patient buyers and this would turn out to be more important that we could fathom. Our chain became long and complicated above us, without the constant chasing and investigation by Lee I doubt we'd have ever exchanged. He saw warning signs very early on and was able to prepare us. 6 months later and more emails and Lee finally got us over the line after what must have been hundreds of emails and calls to solicitors and agents alike. If you're looking for an agent who values the sake as much as you do, look no further!

Lee Russell at Davis Tate managed our house purchase over summer 2021. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. He knows the area inside and out, is on friendly terms with many of the conveyancers and other estate agents (and I imagine half the Woodley residents). He thinks of every detail and has a solution for pretty much every issue. And somehow he seems to find time to be both incredibly responsive and, just as importantly, proactive. In summary, we were in excellent hands and he would be my first choice in future.

We highly recommend Lee from Davis Tate if you are selling a property in Woodley. What at first appeared to be a simple, short chain turned out to be a nightmare but Lee went over and above what most people expect from their agent. From recommending an excellent solicitor and removal company to communicating with solicitors up and down the chain. Even chasing Land Registry when there was a last minute panic before exchange.

We would highly recommend Lee of Davis Tate if you want an excellent, hassle-free property sale with a personal touch. From our first meeting Lee was punctual, polite, professional and honest about the sale potential of our property. His sale price expections were accurate and realistic and we had numerous viewings within days of placing on the market. Lee's communication was timely and transparent throughout, which ensured a smooth sale transition to completion. Thank you, Lee, for all your efforts.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Lee managed our sale in Woodley and was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for more help or support along every step of the way. He was always helpful, always had time for us and was never pushy or the stereotypical estate agent! We liked his relaxed approach from the moment we met him and were so glad we chose him. Thank you Lee! We’ll miss you now it’s all over!

Look no further than Lee at Davis Tate if you want to sell a house in Woodley. I have never known an estate agent so driven to get a chain completed, all while being approachable, professional, friendly, knowledgable and contactable. This is the benchmark that other agencies should be aiming at. Highly recommended!
