A friendly agent with exceptional customer service!!! We have bought a home in Woodley through Davis Tate in March 2021. It had a long chain of 5 houses but Lee has been wonderful and helped us manage the whole process without any stress. To start with, his recommendations of solicitors and surveyors were great. He is always available for any advice or support(replies instantly)! He's been very transparent during the whole process and the way he follows up/chases things is exceptional. We bought our dream home through Davis Tate and it's been an absolute pleasure to deal with Lee. He always kept us up to date with things further in the chain and we never had to chase/wait for anything. On the completion date, the only small disappointment was that we were at the end of the journey and would have to stop speaking to Lee who has become a friend in the process. If you are buying/selling a home and would like to avoid the stress, I would highly recommend working with Lee. We have been looked after and I am sure we wouldn't have got the home in such a short time, especially with such a long chain, if it was not for Lee's tenacity. I've met plenty of estate agents in my time, but none quite so easy to get on with as Lee from Davis Tate. Made the process of buying my new house as straight forward as he could and was more than happy when I needed repeat viewings. I'm keeping his number stored in my phone!

We would highly recommend Lee, realistic and honest from the start meant our house sold fairly quickly around the mark it was up for. Lee went out of his way trying to help find forms/solve queries etc that we needed, which meant it all went more smoothly than it could have done. We don’t plan to move again for a long time, but if we did I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lee again.

We had the good fortune of Lee being involved in our housing chain recently. Our chain had one collapse and we had many complications throughout the process. We can honestly say we don't think we'd be sitting in our new house today if Lee hadn't tirelessly worked behind the scenes to make it happen.
